This is an amazing book for new travel agents! Lori covers all the basics and breaks it down in an understandable way for anyone to understand. The section on setting up your office and organizing files is probably one of my favorite sections, not to mention the included forms!
This book is so well written and filled with so much information for helping your clients select the perfect Cruise.
Easy to read and understand. I just started my homebased travel business a year ago and was able to take specific information and apply it. The documents and appendix sections were especially helpful. I created almost my entire group packets from these. I've purchased several other books, but this one is the only one that is both cruise specific and up to date. If you are new to selling cruises, get this book!
This book has some good information for the travel agent just starting out, and those who have been in business for some years.

Even if you never considered selling cruises before, or if you had but lacked the know how, Lori will guide you step by step and make you believe in the possibilities. Lori's expertise and experience will help you navigate where to start and wjat to do next. I devoured her book as it was easy to read and kept my interest.
A quick read, with a lot of info that most people will have learned by simply taking a few cruises. That said, there were enough nuggets of info to justify the cost of the book.
